We regularly pre-schedule content and posts to be published on your social media accounts. This process is known as creating "social media calendars."

As a client of 5 Fold Marketing with a social media management package, you'll receive content on the following platforms, created by our team here at 5 Fold Marketing:

  • Facebook
  • Instagram
  • X (Twitter)
  • Google Business Profile

ONBOARDING YOUR BUSINESS

At the point of onboarding, your sales representative will ask you several questions about your business that will help us to learn more about you, your area, and what your interests are. This information—which ranges from the type of services you offer to what sports teams your business supports—will help us create more engaging calendars.

Uploading Assets

You will be given access to our social media management platform where you can upload photo and videos for our team to use in your upcoming social media calendar.

Adding notes

For each asset uploaded, you can add note so our team has some context about the photo or video.

CREATING CALENDARS

Once we've learned about your business, we'll create your first calendar. This calendar will contain a month's worth of content which is 10 posts.

The content from this calendar will be scheduled for the month ahead. So, for example, if the calendar is being drafted in the month of April, the actual posts from that calendar will go out on dates between May 1 and May 31.

QUALITY ASSURANCE
Each calendar has internal quality assurance from members of our team. Once that is complete and the calendar is complete, the Social Media Manager will send a copy of the calendar to you for your review, via the support@5foldmarketing.com email.

This will be sent out to you on your specific scheduled day of the month by end of the work day.

IF THINGS LOOK GOOD

You can either respond telling us that things look good, or not respond.

IF SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE CHANGED

Just email us back and let us know what needs to change. If you can, include the date of the post to make it easier for us to find the problem. Once we've fixed the issue, we'll email you back to let you know that it has been fixed.

CALENDAR PUBLISHES, CYCLE STARTS OVER

The calendar will begin to send posts to the three platforms, and the Social Media Manager—now in a new month—will start creating the calendar for the month ahead.
