IS THERE AN INITIAL SETUP FEE?

Yes. Your 5 Fold sales representative will review this with you. This fee covers the work it takes for us to get your campaign up-and-running, which often includes setting up products and services.

DO I HAVE TO PAY TAXES ON 5 FOLD'S SERVICES?

No. Since we are providing a service, no sales taxes are applied.

CAN MY PAYMENT BE DIVIDED UP?

Since your budget is allocated to multiple campaigns and services, we are unable to divide up your payment.

HOW IS MY BILLING DAY DETERMINED?

Your billing day is set 30 days prior to your campaign launch day.

HOW CAN I SEE MY PAYMENT HISTORY?

Your monthly invoice that will be sent to your email will contain a link that will take you directly to your billing and payment history. Or, you can login anytime to https://5fold.freshbooks.com

WILL I RECEIVE A RECEIPT FOR MY MONTHLY PAYMENTS?

During your onboarding with 5 Fold Marketing, we will set up billing notifications and receipts to be sent to an email of your choosing. You can also add up to three additional emails if you would like your monthly receipts to be sent to multiple people.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE MY BILLING OR PAYMENT INFORMATION?

It's easy! You can login to your account by visiting https://5fold.freshbooks.com or click on a link provided in the invoice emailed to you.

To update payment information for a recurring charge, please click on "Profile" then update payment information for credit card payments.

For ACH, please contact your 5 Fold sales representative.

To update your payment information on a declined charge, kindly:

    Click on the link in the invoice, or visit https://5fold.freshbooks.com
    Click on the green "Pay Now" button.
    Enter your new credit card information.
    Choose “Charge the full amount to my credit card monthly”.
    Click "Pay Now" at the bottom of the page.

WHAT STEPS DOES 5 FOLD TAKE TO PROTECT MY FINANCIAL INFORMATION?

We take the security of our client's information very seriously. In order to provide the highest protection, we only work with the best systems to ensure your financial and personal information is secure.

    Freshbooks implements strategic encryption protocols to keep your data transmissions safe. 
    Stripe is our payment processor, and holds the highest level certification as a PCI Service Provider. 

CAN I PAUSE THE BILLING OF MY CREDIT CARD?

If you want to hold off on billing your credit card, then your campaigns will be paused.

You are allowed to pause your campaigns once within a 12-month campaign cycle.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY CREDIT CARD GETS DECLINED?

We are able to pause a campaign for up to 14 days once per 12 months. If this occurs repeatedly, our system will automatically attempt to charge your card twice over 48-hour period.

If the payment is declined, you will have up to 7 days to update their billing information or notify us to charge the card.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I MISS A PAYMENT?

There is a standard process that goes into effect if a payment is missed.
    You will receive an initial notification that your payment was missed.
    You will then have 7 days from the initial notification to provide payment.
    If no payment is received after 7 days, or if your campaign runs out of funds—whichever occurs first—your campaigns will be paused.
    Once your campaigns are down, you will have an additional 7 days to make a payment before your website is turned off.
    Since we require a 30-day notice for all clients before canceling their contract, in order to receive your website files, your account needs to be paid in full, including the payment that would have been made after your 30 day notice. 
    If your account is not paid in full within 7 days, your website files will be deleted.

WHAT IF I WANT TO CANCEL MY AGREEMENT WITH 5 FOLD?

If you are in a month-to-month agreement with 5 Fold, you would have to provide us with a 30-day written notice prior to your scheduled billing date in order to cancel.

For example, if your billing date is December 31, we would require written notice by December 1. If you fail to provide us with a written 30-day notice, your account will be charged for an additional campaign cycle.

If you are in a 6-month or 1-year agreement, you will need to contact your 5 Fold representative to discuss cancellation options.
