AT ONBOARDING

During the onboarding process, your 5 Fold sales representative is going to ask you several questions about your business. Beyond questions about your address, hours, and services, they'll also ask you:

  • What kind of tone would you like your social media accounts to use?
  • What brands or pages are there on Facebook that you'd like us to take inspiration from?
  • What topics or themes are off-limits for your social media accounts?
    • (We'll avoid any obviously divisive or controversial content, such as political commentary or anything of that nature. However, you may request other topics be off-limits, as well)
  • Which of the following is your business involved with?
    • Charities
    • Local Organizations
    • Local Schools
    • Other
  • What teams does your company root for?
    • (This includes professional sports, high school sports, and local sports clubs)
  • Do you have an employee recognition program?
    • (This is an "Employee Of The Month" award, or something like that)
  • Is there anything else you want us to know about the social media we'll be creating for your business?
The information shared at onboarding will help us build better social media calendars, which in turn will lead to better marketing results for your business.

EVERY MONTH

After the point of onboarding, you'll receive an email from us monthly that asks you for updates from your business.

We build this monthly form specific to your business, so the exact questions may vary. But, in general, here are some things you can expect us to ask about:

  • What local events do you have coming up that your team is planning on attending?
  • Is your company hosting or holding any events this month?
  • Is your company doing any fundraising or charity work this month?
  • Have there been any exciting changes at the company you'd like to share?
  • Are there any employees you want to highlight?
  • Are there any employee milestones this month?
    • This includes work anniversaries, or can be personal milestones of employees, such as wedding anniversaries.
    • This also includes employee birthdays.
  • Are there any photos or videos from your business that you want to share with us?
Whatever you share with us, we'll incorporate into your upcoming social media calendar, however we can.
