In this article, we'll address some of the frequently asked-questions about reporting.

OTHER FAQ ARTICLES

Who is this report from?

Our monthly report isn't just from our Web Department, or from the SEO department. It's from all of us, and provides a broad-strokes overview of how your campaign is doing, from social media engagement to bounce rate on your website.

Your 5 Fold sales representative will check in with you shortly after the report has been sent to answer any questions you might have about your 5 Fold report.

When do I get my report?

You will receive your 5 Fold monthly report in the morning of the third business day of every month. For instance, you would receive your March 2016 performance report after 8:00 am on Tuesday, April 5th, since April 2nd and 3rd are not business days.

Why does 5 Fold create reports for me?

It's standard practice in our industry to send formalized monthly reports to you, the client. It's not the only time we'll be communicating with you, but it represents a way for you to get a detailed and comprehensive look at how your company's campaign is performing.

It allows you to hold us accountable for our work, ask questions and even set future direction (such as, "I'd like to see my call volume go up. Have any ideas?")

Monthly reporting also helps the 5 Fold team improve your campaign. It allows us to track and store data over the long-term that we can then compile and review to see what's working and what isn't.

We can then select the best tactics to take your marketing campaign to the next level.

Is there anything I need to do to get reports?

Nope! We have it handled. When we onboard your business, we'll ask you for an email address(es) to send reports out to.

Can I change the frequency with which I get reports?

No. Our system is automated to send out reports to all of our clients at the same time, each and every month.

Besides automation, there would be other difficulties with a change in frequency: if we report too frequently, many of the things we're reporting on will not have enough data to be substantial. If we report too infrequently, you won't have the month-by-month view of their campaign's performance that you need to evaluate our performance.

Of course, if you're looking for more frequent updates from the 5 Fold team about the status of your campaign, your 5 Fold sales representative can put you in touch with the best member of our team to speak to.

What if I have questions about my report?

We can help! Give your 5 Fold sales representative a call or email. If you have a question about a definition ("What is a bounce rate?"), you can also consult this helpful glossary.

What if I don't want to receive reports?

We really think that the business owner should receive the monthly report.

While you don't have to read it if you don't want to, the monthly report is our way of holding ourselves accountable to you and your business.

You can add others (such as a marketing manager or an assistant) to also receive the report, but we still want a copy to go to your inbox so that you know everything that's happening with your campaign.

Is there a dashboard that I can use to access reports?

Not as of right now. For real-time updates throughout the month, talk to your 5 Fold sales representative.
